1. Introduction​

Welcome to LeadGenCrypto (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We operate a B2B SaaS platform that provides cryptocurrency-industry-related leads and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By registering an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) as well as our Privacy Notice and Cookie Policy & Settings. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

These Terms form a binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and LeadGenCrypto. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any revised version will be effective once posted or otherwise made available to you. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms.

2. The Service and License Grant​

  • Description of the Service. Our primary service is providing access to business-to-business (B2B) leads in the cryptocurrency industry. We may offer these leads:

    1. Free of charge (at our discretion),
    2. On a pay-as-you-go model,
    3. Through one-time payments for databases (with a predetermined number of leads inside), or
    4. Any other models or plans we may implement in the future.

  • License Grant. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your legitimate business purposes. We reserve all rights not expressly granted. You must use the Service only as intended and may not:

    • Sub-license or resell our Service to any third party,
    • Reverse engineer or otherwise extract source code or databases, or
    • Engage in activities that violate the Acceptable Use Policy (see Section 5).

  • No Guarantee of Availability. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or replace features or functionalities of the Service at any time.

3. User Accounts and Security​

  • Account Creation. To use the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account details updated.
  • Confidential Credentials. You must keep your login information confidential. You are responsible for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@leadgencrypto.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
  • Business Purposes Only. You represent that you are at least 18 years old and using the Service for legitimate B2B activities. We do not intend the Service for personal or household use.

4. Payment and Fees​

  • Payment Models. We may make leads available for free, on a pay-as-you-go basis, or through one-time payments for databases containing a predetermined number of leads. We may also introduce new models at any time. Details will be provided to you before you elect a specific plan.
  • Accepted Payment Methods. We currently do not collect or process credit card payments. We will inform you of our accepted payment method(s) at the time of purchase or subscription.
  • Refunds. All payments are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law.

5. Acceptable Use Policy​

By using our Service, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and these Terms, including this Acceptable Use Policy:

  • Compliance with Laws. You must use the leads and any associated data in compliance with applicable marketing and data protection laws, including anti-spam regulations and any privacy legislation that applies to your region.
  • Prohibited Activities. You may not use the Service:
    • To transmit unlawful, defamatory, or abusive material,
    • To harass or mislead recipients of the leads you contact,
    • To introduce harmful code (viruses, malware) or attempt to undermine the security of the Service,
    • For personal, non-business use or for any fraudulent or illegal activity.
  • No Unauthorized Resale. You may not redistribute or resell the leads to third parties unless expressly authorized.
  • Respect Privacy. You agree to honor requests from individuals who do not wish to be contacted. You shall provide an opt-out or similar mechanism if required by law.

Any breach of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in suspension or termination of your account, as described in Section 9.

6. Privacy and Data Protection​

Our Privacy Notice (included as a separate document) explains how we handle personal data. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to the practices described therein. You also warrant that any data you collect, access, or use through our Service will be handled in compliance with all applicable data protection laws.

7. Confidentiality​

  • Definition. “Confidential Information” means any non-public information that is marked as confidential or which should reasonably be understood to be confidential.
  • Protection. Each party agrees to use the other’s Confidential Information only as needed to perform obligations under these Terms and to protect it with reasonable care.
  • Exclusions. Confidential Information does not include information that is or becomes publicly available without breach, was rightfully in the receiving party’s possession without confidentiality obligations, is independently developed, or is disclosed under legal compulsion (with prior notice where permitted).

8. Intellectual Property Rights​

  • Ownership. All rights to the Service, including software, databases, content, and trademarks, belong to LeadGenCrypto or our licensors. We only grant you the limited rights described in these Terms.
  • Leads Data. The leads and related data we provide are licensed to you for your internal business use. You must not reproduce, redistribute, or otherwise exploit the data in bulk outside your legitimate business interests.
  • User Content. You remain the owner of any content or data you upload or submit to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use it only for providing and improving the Service.

9. Suspension and Termination​

  • Termination by You. You may stop using the Service or request to close your account at any time. Closure may result in loss of access to your stored data.
  • Termination by Us. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:
    • You breach these Terms or violate law,
    • We must comply with a legal requirement,
    • You engage in fraudulent or unacceptable use of the Service,
    • Non-payment under a chosen paid model, if applicable.
  • Effect of Termination. Upon termination, the rights granted to you end. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., confidentiality, IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will remain in effect.

10. Disclaimers of Warranties​

  • As Is / As Available. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, nor the accuracy or timeliness of any data (including leads).
  • No Guaranteed Results. We make no guarantee of business success or that any leads will convert to actual sales or revenue. You acknowledge that leads may be outdated, inaccurate, or uninterested.

11. Limitation of Liability​

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • No Indirect Damages. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages, including lost profits or business interruption.
  • Liability Cap. Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you have paid to us in the last 12 months (if any). If you have paid nothing, liability is capped at a nominal amount.
  • Jurisdictional Limits. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability; these Terms apply only to the extent permissible in your jurisdiction.

12. Indemnification​

You agree to indemnify and hold LeadGenCrypto harmless against any third-party claims arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or any infringement you cause on others’ rights. We may choose to defend such claims at our own expense, and you will cooperate.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution​

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Ajman, without regard to conflict of laws. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ajman, UAE, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

14. Miscellaneous​

  • Entire Agreement. These Terms, plus the Privacy Notice and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement.
  • Severability. If any provision is found invalid, remaining provisions remain in effect.
  • Assignment. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent.
