Top‑Up (Deposit) Flow

Use Top‑up balance to open a 4‑step guided flow.

Step 1 — Select Currency​

Choose USDT or USDC.

Step 2 — Select Chain​

Pick Ethereum (ERC‑20) or BNB Smart Chain (BEP‑20).
Important: coin must match the network to avoid loss.

Step 3 — Confirm Selection​

Review Currency, Network, and Minimum deposit (e.g., 10 USDT/USDC). Check the risk acknowledgment and Confirm.

Step 4 — Deposit Address​

We generate a monitored address with QR + Copy, a 30‑minute timer, and details (network, minimum, contract suffix). After confirming, we monitor every 2 minutes. Send the selected token on the chosen chain and ensure the net amount ≥ minimum.

After you send​

Your balance updates after on‑chain confirmation; the row appears in Payments → Deposit History and the Invoice/Receipt download becomes available. If the link isn’t visible immediately, the system is finalizing the mapping.

Safety checklist​

  • ✅ Coin and network match
  • ✅ ≥ minimum deposit after fees
  • ✅ Exact address (or QR) used
  • ✅ If timer expired, restart Top‑up for a fresh session.
