Plans — Upgrade, Downgrade, Refunds & Pause

Upgrade/Downgrade

Open the plan selector (header badge or Settings → Payments). Slide left/right to confirm an immediate plan change; limits and cadence update at once.

Pause delivery (Paid)

Use Pause on Leads or the plan widget. While paused, no paid leads are delivered and your countdown is frozen. Resume to continue exactly where you left off.

Refunds & withdrawals

Payments are non‑refundable, cannot be transferred, and are not withdrawable. Balances and promo credits can be spent on leads within the platform.
