Notifications

Use the Notifications panel to review account events at a glance—deposits credited, plan activations/changes, bonus credits, and other system updates. Access it from the bell icon in the header when you’re signed in.

Notifications page with Unread and All tabs; examples include Plan Activated and Deposit Received messages.

How it works

  • Tabs — switch between Unread and All.
  • Read state — items show a small Read badge after you open them or when you Mark all as read.
  • Timestamps — see when an event occurred (relative time and date).
  • Persistence — notifications stay in All for historical reference.

Typical messages

  • Plan Activated / Plan changed — confirmation of your selected plan and daily cost.
  • Deposit received — funds credited to your balance (amount included).
  • Bonus credit — promotional credit applied to your account.
  • Operational notices — occasional service or delivery updates.

For invoices/receipts and the official transaction record, use Payments & Subscription and Expenses & Balance. Notifications are informational; your ledger and invoices are the sources of truth.

Quick actions

  • Click the bell to open Notifications from anywhere in the app.
  • Use Unread to focus on what’s new.
  • Click Mark all as read to clear the badge once you’ve reviewed updates.

First‑day checklist

  • Open the bell and review recent events (deposits, plan changes).
  • Confirm your plan activation notice matches your selected daily quota.
  • Confirm any deposit message matches your Deposit History in Payments.
  • Leave only relevant items unread if you want to keep a reminder.

Common states & what to do

  • Deposit credited but balance looks unchanged → Refresh Payments & Subscription; deposits post after on‑chain confirmation and matching. If still missing, have your tx hash handy and contact support.
  • No notifications yet → Normal for new accounts. Trigger activity by topping up, activating a plan, or claiming a free lead on the Leads page.
  • Too many old items → Use Mark all as read; your history remains in All.

Power tips

  • Treat the bell as a timeline of key billing and plan changes; use it alongside the ledger for quick audits.
  • When multiple teammates share an account, ask everyone to clear Unread after reviewing; this keeps the bell meaningful for the next person.
  • If you rely on deposits for a daily cadence, check the bell after sending funds—Deposit received confirms credit.
