Invoices & Receipts
Use Invoices & Receipts to keep clean records for finance and tax. Each top‑up generates a combined PDF containing an Invoice and a Receipt. You can download these anytime from Settings → Payments & Subscription.
Where to download
- Open Settings → Payments & Subscription.
- In Deposit History, locate the row for your deposit.
- Click Download in the Invoice column to save the combined Invoice + Receipt (PDF).
The Download button appears after the deposit is confirmed and matched on‑chain. If it’s not visible yet, wait a few minutes and refresh the page.
What the PDF contains
Invoice (page 1)
- Bill to: your Billing Name and Billing Address from Profile & Preferences.
- Invoice No / Date of issue / Status.
- Line item: Leads provisioning (quantity equals credited value ÷ price per lead).
- VAT/Tax: shown as US$0.00 — N/A.
- Amount due: US$0.00 (because payment is already received).
Receipt (page 2)
- Receipt No / Date paid and the Invoice No it relates to.
- Amount paid and a short description (e.g., Leads provisioning with the deposit date).
- May include a tx hash reference for your blockchain payment.
File names & retention
Downloads follow a consistent pattern and bundle both pages:
invoice-receipt-LGC-INV-0000123.pdf
Keep the PDF together with the matching CSV from Expenses & Balance for a complete audit trail.
First‑day checklist
- Add your Billing Name and Billing Address → Profile & Preferences.
- Make a small top‑up and confirm that Download appears in Deposit History.
- Save the Invoice/Receipt PDF to your finance folder and share with accounting.
Common states & what to do
- No Download button → The deposit is still being matched; refresh in a few minutes. If it persists, have your tx hash ready and contact support.
- Company name/address missing on the PDF → Update Billing details in Profile & Preferences, then re‑download the PDF.
- Need the ledger, not just PDFs → Export CSV from Expenses & Balance.
Power tips
- Store PDFs using the Invoice No in the filename for easy search.
- If your legal entity changes, update Billing details before your next downloads so the new info appears on the PDF.
- Use the Receipt page as the proof of payment for bookkeeping; the Invoice page provides the formal billing record.
