Glossary
This glossary explains the most common terms you will see across the LeadGenCrypto app and documentation. Use it as a quick reference while working with plans, deposits, filters, and the API.
For a guided setup, see How to Start and Overview.
Billing and balance
-
Account replenishment - A confirmed deposit (USDT or USDC) that increases your Current balance. It appears as an Account replenishment row in the Expenses & Balance ledger. See Top-Up (Deposit) Flow and Expenses & Balance.
-
Balance (Current balance) - Your prepaid funds available for paid leads. Shown in the header and on Payments & Subscription. Decreases only when paid leads are delivered or promo credits are spent.
-
Leads purchase - A negative ledger entry that charges for delivered paid leads, typically 0.50 USD per lead. Each entry corresponds to one billing event on Expenses & Balance.
-
BONUS_CREDIT - A positive ledger entry when promo credit is added to your account. Used before your own prepaid balance when paying for leads.
-
BONUS_CREDIT_SPEND - A negative ledger entry that records when a lead is paid out of BONUS_CREDIT instead of your main balance.
-
Days of service left - An estimate shown on Payments & Subscription of how many days your current balance can support your active plan, given the current Daily lead quota and daily cost.
-
Deposit history - The table on Payments & Subscription that lists each confirmed deposit, its amount, timestamp, and the Download link for the combined Invoice + Receipt PDF.
-
Invoice + Receipt PDF - A two-page document generated per deposit: page 1 is the Invoice (billing record), page 2 is the Receipt (proof of payment). Downloaded from Deposit history. See Invoices & Receipts.
All payments and credited promo balances are non-refundable, non-transferable, and not withdrawable. They can only be spent on leads delivered by LeadGenCrypto. See Plans - Upgrade, Downgrade, Refunds & Pause.
Plans and delivery
-
Free plan - The default plan when you sign up or when your balance drops below 0.50 USD. You can manually claim 1 free lead every 24 hours using Get new lead for free on the Leads page. No automatic paid deliveries occur.
-
Paid plan - Any plan with a positive Daily lead quota (for example, 2, 24, or 1000 leads per day). Leads are delivered automatically at a fixed cadence while your balance is sufficient and delivery is not paused.
-
Daily lead quota - The number of paid leads per day you set using the plan selector. It defines both daily cost and the approximate delivery interval (24 hours divided by the quota).
-
Delivery interval - The approximate time gap between automatic deliveries on a paid plan. Calculated as 24 hours ÷ Daily lead quota (for example, 3/day - about 8 hours between leads). The interval is shown in the plan selector and on the Leads page.
-
Free lead - A single test lead you can claim once per 24 hours on the Free plan via the Get new lead for free button. It appears in the same Leads table as paid leads but does not reduce your balance.
-
Free lead cooldown - The 24-hour timer that starts after you click Get new lead for free. Until the timer finishes, the next free lead cannot be claimed.
-
Plan selector - A slider-based control used to upgrade or downgrade your daily lead quota instantly. It shows price per lead, daily cost, monthly cost, and approximate delivery interval before you confirm. Available from the header and from Payments & Subscription.
-
Pause (Pause delivery) - A control on the Leads page that temporarily stops automatic paid deliveries. While paused, no paid leads are sent and the countdown timer is frozen. When you unpause, delivery resumes from the same timer position.
-
Countdown timer - The timer shown in the Leads footer indicating when the next automatic paid lead will arrive or when the next free lead becomes available. It is affected by Daily lead quota, pause state, and plan type.
On the Free plan, leads arrive only when you manually click Get new lead for free, followed by a 24-hour cooldown. On Paid plans, leads arrive automatically based on your Daily lead quota, and you can Pause/Resume to control spend without changing the plan.
Leads and data quality
-
Lead - A verified token project record delivered to your account. Each row on the Leads page typically includes Website, Token address, Blockchain, Token symbol/name, Token URL, and one or more verified contact fields such as email and Telegram.
-
Networks (Blockchain filters) - The set of supported chains (for example, Ethereum, BSC, Solana, Base, Polygon, Arbitrum, TON, others) that you can enable or disable on the Filters page to control which projects you receive.
-
Exceptions - Account-level exclusion lists that prevent delivery of projects you already have or never want. There are two types:
- Email Exceptions - email addresses to exclude.
- Token URL Exceptions - token explorer URLs or similar links to exclude.
Exceptions are usually sourced from your own CRM or prospect lists, not from leads already delivered by LeadGenCrypto. See Filters & Exceptions.
-
Token URL - A URL that uniquely identifies a token or project, often pointing to a blockchain explorer or token details page. It is used as a key for duplicate suppression and can be added to Token URL Exceptions.
-
Deposit session timer - The countdown visible in Step 4 of the Top-Up flow. It defines how long the system will monitor a specific deposit address. If it expires, you should start a new Top-Up session and send funds only to the new address.
LeadGenCrypto automatically avoids re-delivering any lead to your account that has the same primary contact email or the same Token URL as a lead you already received from the platform, including via the API. Use Exceptions to exclude contacts and projects you sourced elsewhere or want to suppress proactively.
API and integrations
-
API key - A secret token created on the API Keys page and passed as
apikeyin requests to the Public API. Each key has its own usage stats and can be rotated or revoked without affecting others. See API Keys. -
Public API - The HTTP API at
https://api.leadgencrypto.com/apithat lets you fetch the same leads you see on the Leads page, suitable for CRM and data integrations. See Public API - Quick Reference. -
viewRecentLeads - A Public API action that returns leads assigned to your account in the last 24 hours. Ideal for cron-style syncs that run at the minimum interval for your plan.
-
viewLatestLeads - A Public API action that returns the most recent leads up to a specified
limit, subject to your plan's maximum per-call limit. Useful for incremental syncs into a CRM. -
Rate limits (API) - Plan-dependent caps on requests per second, requests per day, minimum interval between calls, and maximum leads per call. The current values for your account are shown at the top of the API Keys page.
-
CRM integration - Any workflow that pulls leads from the Public API (or CSV export) into systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, Kommo, and others. Typically uses deterministic dedupe keys such as domain, token URL, wallet address, and primary email. See Connect LeadGenCrypto to CRM.
